What we do
Housing-navigation support may include help searching for affordable units, preparing applications, understanding lease requirements, and locating information about rental subsidies and local housing authorities.
When appropriate and available, families may also be referred to Coordinated Entry or other community resources. Eligibility, availability, and placement decisions are made by the applicable program or housing provider.
