What we do
Our outreach teams go where people are: parks, libraries, clinics, encampments, and interim housing. Many of the people we serve have been let down before, so we lead with patience and respect, building relationships before anything else.
That trust is what opens the door to everything that follows, from a safe place to sleep tonight to a permanent home. We show up, again and again, until someone is ready to take the next step with us.
