Our housing solution

We don't wait for housing. We build it.

Thousands of people in Los Angeles are living in their cars or on the street, waiting for housing that can take years. Angel Housing closes that gap. We manufacture our own tiny homes and give people a real front door far sooner.

Not a shelter cot. A home.

A complete, dignified home

Each Angel Housing tiny home is a fully equipped residence of up to 400 square feet. The maximum allowed under federal law. With a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. Many designs add a loft, porch, or deck for extra space.

They're built with the same care as a site-built home: engineered framing, insulated walls and roof, residential plumbing and electrical, full-size appliances, and dual-paned windows. The result is a real home a family can be proud of. Not a temporary box.

Why our approach is different

Faster, kinder, and more affordable

Speed

Traditional temporary housing takes one to two years to develop. Because we build our own, we can produce many homes in about a month.

Dignity

A private home with a kitchen and bathroom. Not a tent or a shared cot. Restores stability and self-respect.

Accessibility

We build wheelchair-accessible, ADA-compliant units with ramps and accessible bathrooms, so no one is left out.

Value

A lasting home costs far less than the motel and hotel rooms cities rent month after month.

The vision

A scalable answer for Los Angeles

Because we build our own homes and can place them on available land, we can scale this solution as fast as our community will support it. Replacing emergency motel spending with real, lasting homes, and helping reduce homelessness across L.A. County.
